| East Anglian Fine Weld can supply Heat Sealing
Bands to customer's specifications. All of our heat sealing bands are manufactured
from stainless steel and are available in any width and length.
Thicknesses of 0.076mm (3th), 0.127mm (5th) and 0.177mm (7th)
can be supplied. We would recommend approximately the following
thicknesses to roller diameter size:-
0.076mm (3th) = 11/2" (38mm) roller diam.
0.127mm (5th) = 21/2" (63mm) roller diam.
0.177mm (7th) = 31/2" (89mm) roller diam.
Bands can be supplied PTFE Teflon coated, food approved for easy
release or plain.
We can also offer heat sealing bands with an extra long weld to prolong
the life span.
