in the Packaging industry, a PTFE Teflon non stick coating service and new express PTFE Teflon coating service.
We are able to blast-clean and re-coat, Seal bars and sealing
plates on a 3-4 day turnaround.
Flat Sealing elements can be coated both sides up to a length
of 65" or 1 side up to a length of 100 metres
Round Cut and Seal wire is available coated in the following:-
0.5mm diam. = 65" lengths 0.6mm diam. = 65" lengths
0.7mm diam. = up to continuous lengths of 500 Mtrs. 0.8mm
diam. = 65" lengths
0.9mm diam. = up to continuous lengths of 500 Mtrs. 1.0mm
diam. = up to continuous lengths of 500 Mtrs.
All coated flat and round wires can be put on spools of
10 metres upwards or in separate cut length packs
We operate a no minimum order quantity, Packaging sectors
services include: Shrink wrapping, Polybag production, vertical
and horizontal form, fill and seal.
